Flint played at home to Colwyn Bay and from kick off Flint controlled the game. In the first half Flint kept the game inside the Colwyn Bay half and we saw Flint Forwards powering over the line with Tom Allen and Tom Rowlands each scoring an unconverted try. At half time the score was Flint 10, Colwyn Bay 0.

Llangollen went down to their second league defeat of the season on Saturday when the lost 23-6 at Abergele. A combination of the elements, player availability and a well drilled powerful Abergele side all proved the un-doing of the Tower Field men.
