Flint U13's
Flint U13's took on Colwyn Bay in very difficult conditions at Marsh Lane. Flint took the lead after 10 minuets following some very confrontational forward play by both side's when Luke Williams (blind side flanker) ran in under the posts (converted). Colwyn Bay replied with a well worked try. (converted). Flint forwards then turned over a ruck and the ball was passed out wide and again Luke WIlliams in support of the backs took the final pass to run in under the posts (converted). Again Colwyn Bay scored (unconverted). Flint forwards then took a well worked penalty which resulted in Lewis Williams (hooker) scoring Flints third try (converted). In the second half Flint had to defend an onslaught from Colwyn Bay however a good defensive lead to Luke Williams scoring his hat trick(unconverted).Colwyn Bays constant pressure lead to a try (unconverted). Flint then scored another when Lewis Williams again crossed the line. Final score Flint 31 Clowyn Bay 17

Flint U14's
Flint U14's travelled to Denbigh. As Denbigh were short of players we agreed that they could play an U15 and this more senior player was instrumental in the outcome of the match. In the first half Tom Rowlands, Liam Green and Tom Prydderch all scored tries and Denbigh scored 2 tries and one conversion making the score at half time Flint 15 Denbigh 12. In the second half Denbigh went over twice more and Tom Rowlands scored another unconverted try Final score Flint 20 Denbigh 22. Try scorers were Tom Rowlands (2), Liam Green (1) and Tom Prydderch (1).
